Responsibilities:

• Support students in the classroom under the direction of the teacher 
• Assist with accommodations, small group instruction, and classroom activities
• Help students stay engaged, organized, and on task throughout the school day
• Support behavior management and positive student interactions
• Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
