Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to a student under the guidance of the classroom teacher and special education staff.
• Assist with academic tasks, classroom participation, daily routines, and toileting needs
• Support behavior management plans and student goals
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers and staff regarding student progress and needs
• Assist with transitions, organization, and accommodations as needed
